Bollywood comedy follows a faithless shopkeeper's attempts to sue God after an earthquake destroys his business.

ABSTRACT
Kanji Mehta, a middle-class atheistic Hindu man and proprietor of an antique shop in Mumbai, attempts to sue God after a low-intensity earthquake decimates his store and is classified as an "act of God" by his insurance company. What follows is an unofficial remake of Australian comedy The Man Who Sued God (2001) as a legion of townsfolk soon arrive to join in on the litigation-heavy fun, resulting in a lesson about faith for all involved by film's end.
