First sequel to Ice Age (2002). Manny, Sid, Diego, and Scrat, friends and anthropomorphic prehistoric creatures carrying on from their wild adventure in Ice Age, look to deal with personal problems and concerns in their lives, Manny's issues finding another mammoth to take as his partner paramount among them. Ellie, a mammoth believing herself to be a possum, arrives with two troublemaking "brothers" in tow just as our heroes learn of an extinction-level event brought about by a warming climate, forcing the gang plus three into action as they set out on a brand new quest to stave off oblivion.
