ABSTRACT
Sequel to Baby Geniuses (1999). A new group of ultra-precocious talking tots head into action as spies to undermine scheming media tycoon Bill Biscane's plan to start a network of communications satellites capable of mind control. This time around, the job is too big for the pint-sized geniuses to go it alone, forcing them to enlist the services of a number of strange and vaguely offensive sidekicks to save the day.
