A diminutive criminal dressed up as a baby is inadvertently "adopted" by a childless couple.

ABSTRACT
Calvin Simms, a gifted criminal standing less than two feet tall, plots a massive jewel heist from a museum alongside sidekick Percy. Though Calvin is able to pilfer the diamond, his attempted getaway falls through, leading him to toss the jewel into a bag carried by an unsuspecting bystander. Percy suggests that Calvin, taking advantage of his small stature, dress up as a baby and appear on the bystander's doorstep as a means of breaking into their home; complications arise when the occupants of the home, desiring a child to call their own, take Calvin in and decide to "adopt" him.
