A mysterious man unleashes terror on an unsuspecting family, claiming to be a friend of their dead son.

ABSTRACT
The Peterson family, comprised of husband and wife Spencer and Laura and children Anna and Luke, open their front door one day to the sight of David, a polite young man claiming to have been a friend of their deceased soldier son. He invites himself into their home; placated by positive stories of their beloved son's time spent in combat, the grief-stricken Petersons provide David with a place to stay. Before long, David -- seemingly a tough, big-hearted gentleman at first glance -- shows his true colors as he is connected to a number of "accidental" deaths.
