ABSTRACT Malcolm Turner, an FBI agent known for his ability to slip into an exhaustive variety of disguises for his employer, is tasked with protecting attractive federal witness Sherry and her young son from a wanted bank robber-cum-prison escapee. Determined to save the life of his small-town Georgian subject, Malcolm assumes the identity of oversized Southern matriarch Big Momma, embedding himself into her mannerisms and way of life while attempting to deal with a growing attraction to Sherry.
