Veteran driver Michael Delaney, an American driving for Porsche, and Erich Stahler, a German on Team Ferrari, race Formula 1 for a straight 24 hours at Le Mans Grand Prix, perhaps the greatest endurance test in auto racing. Though fictional, filmed almost as a documentary and with minimal backstory, just that Delaney was involved in a crash that killed another driver the previous year. This film is only about the race.
