Chow has stolen $21M in gold from a drug dealer and is in hiding. The dealer kidnaps Doug and will kill him unless Chow is brought back in three days. Second sequel to The Hangover (2009), few laughs. The only reason for this film to exist would be fulfillment of a contractual obligation.
