ABSTRACT
Fourteen-year old Arrietty lives a whimsical existence with her family, a four-inch-tall humanoid race called the "Clocks", that finds them living in anonymity and making clandestine trips inside a house full of full-sized humanoids to "borrow" items to preserve their habitat. When Arrietty commits a blunder in the course of her own "borrowing" that finds her discovered by human inhabitant and neglected young boy Shawn, however, she embarks on a mystical journey that could forever alter the future of her kind.
