A schlub transformed into a superhuman following an experimental organ transplant procedure acquires traits from his animal donors.

Undersized Marvin's dreams of becoming a cop come true in an unlikely way when he is subjected to a mad scientist's animal organ transplant procedure following a nasty car accident, transforming him into a renowned policeman with superior physical and mental skills. Marvin's new life and new romance with charming Rianna is threatened when he begins displaying traits normally ascribed to the original animal owners of his transplanted organs, struggling to keep cool as inhuman instincts take hold.
