ABSTRACT
A film designed to capitalize on mainstream American society's growing obsession with dance music and its corresponding culture, Step Up Revolution follows the adventures of a Miami-area flash mob -- nicknamed "The Mob" -- as they shut down Ocean Boulevard with their own brand of dance, going on to explore the individual concerns and romantic interests of the group's members as they continue to assemble in other neighborhoods and face off against rival flash mobs.
