ABSTRACT
Margaret Matheson, a psychologist and academic, engages in investigations of paranormal happenings alongside assistant and physicist Tom Buckley. When she suffers a sudden death at the hands of a chronic vascular ailment whilst investigating world-renowned psychic Simon Silver and the death of one of his harshest critics, Buckley finds himself becoming increasingly engrossed in their work to attempt to disprove Silver's supposed abilities, ultimately finding himself sliding down a rabbit hole into a realm of unexpected and terrifying truths.
