ABSTRACT
Neil Shaw is a security expert working for the United Nations, wiling to step outside the law to broker and guarantee peace between sparring nations. Triad-affiliated gangsters attempting to spark a devastating war between China and the United States frame Neil for the assassination of China's American ambassador, forcing the time-worn agent to evade the FBI and organized criminals as he attempts to clear his name and prevent World War III.
