ABSTRACT
Elderly French woman Madame Souza encourages a love of cycling in the grandson she looks after, purchasing him a bicycle and training him for a run at the Tour de France. When her grandson is kidnapped by the Mafia and exploited for the purposes of a gambling ring, it is up to Madame Souza to save the day, teaming up with an old-timey jazz trio called The Triplets of Belleville to rescue him.
