ABSTRACT
Lisa Reisert, a scrappy sort of young woman who loathes flight, finds herself trapped with Jackson Rippner, a man as villainous as he is handsome, on a red-eye trip to Miami. Aware of her connections and background, Ripper informs Lisa of his plot to assassinate a bureaucrat at the Department of Homeland Security, drawing her into the conspiracy by using her father's life to force her to arrange for certain conditions in her capacity as a hotel manager.
