ABSTRACT
Remake of a Swedish film, Let the Right One In (2008). Owen, a lonely young boy neglected by his parents and abused at school, harbors dreams of getting his comeuppance against bullies who terrorize him on a daily basis. Desperate for companionship in his life, Owen befriends next-door neighbor Abby, a twelve-year old vampire whose father drains the blood of mortals to guarantee her continued existence, sending him on a violent crusade that sees him amassing the strength to defy his foes after Abby reveals her true identity.
