Santa Fe Passage (12-May-1955)|
Director: William Witney
Writer: Lillie Hayward
From story by: Clay Fisher (story, in Esquire magazine)
Music: R. Dale Butts
John Payne plays a scout who guides wagon trains through unfriendly Indian country. Hard times come when a journey results in the massacre of the settlers he is escorting at Cottonwood Draw, until Rod Cameron hires him to escort a shipment of guns. Suspenseful, better than average B-western with an exciting stampede scene.
