A group of obsessed Star Wars fans aim to infiltrate George Lucas' Skywalker Ranch to score a rough cut of Episode I for their dying friend.

ABSTRACT
Eric Bottler, Star Wars fanatic turned respectable salesman at his father's car dealership, reunites with his old high school friends at a party on Halloween, 1998. The pals wax poetic about the impending theatrical release of Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace; one buddy, Linus, goes so far as to suggest they infiltrate George Lucas' Skywalker Ranch to procure an advance copy of the film. Eric agrees to this outlandish idea after friends Hutch and Windows inform him that Linus is dying of cancer, embarking on a cross-country journey to the storied estate filled with ridiculous mishaps and a confrontation with crazed Trekkies.
