An Interpol agent endeavors to uncover a multinational bank's complicity in an arms-smuggling conspiracy.

Interpol agent Louis Salinger's investigation of criminal misdeeds tied to the well-heeled International Bank of Business and Credit lead to the discovery of an illegal-arms smuggling ring spanning the globe, one that signs point to IBBC's heavy involvement in. Armed with his explosive findings, Louis works alongside Manhattan-based district attorney Eleanor Whitman to set out on a cross-continental mission aiming to expose IBBC's grave wrongdoings even as the bank indicates a willingness to stop at nothing to continue their criminal mode of operation.
