Spy film spoof centers on a hapless secret agent as he is called back into action to thwart a plot to eliminate the Chinese premier.

Sequel to Johnny English (2003). Eight years following the preceding film, Johnny English -- having been stripped of his knighthood as a result of a bungled mission in Mozambique -- is called back into action by MI7 and requested to report to their London headquarters. From there, he must embark on a mission to Hong Kong fraught with run-of-the-mill slapstick humor and comic mischief to undermine a conspiracy to assassinate the People's Republic of China's head of state.
