A Philadelphia man upset over the failure of law enforcement to prosecute his family's killers goes on a killing spree of his own.

ABSTRACT
Clyde Alexander Shelton, a happily-married Philadelphia man, witnesses his family's murder at the hands of Clarence James Darby and accomplice Rupert Ames during a home invasion in 1999. Dissatisfaction with area law enforcement's efforts to effectively prosecute the case turns a distraught and traumatized Shelton into a sort of vigilante killer, gruesomely murdering Darby -- let off the hook as part of a plea deal -- and setting out on a rampage against "the system" as authorities scramble to neutralize the cunning threat he poses.
