A delusional mall cop's battle with a serial flasher draws him into conflict with an area detective.

ABSTRACT
Bipolar mall cop Ronnie Barnhardt is the head of security at the Forest Ridge Mall, taking his job a bit too seriously as he handles problematic patrons while harboring dreams of becoming a real police officer. Called upon to set a serial flasher in Forest Ridge's parking lot straight, Ronnie pushes his delusions of grandeur into overdrive, badgering suspects with "questions" intended to impress store clerk Brandi; meanwhile, local police detective Harrison steps onto the scene to assist with the investigation, presenting Ronnie with competition as he sets out to get his man.
