A gangster-turned-DEA agent seeks revenge against the drug lord responsible for his wife's murder.

ABSTRACT
Demetrius Hicks and Sean Vetter are DEA agents embroiled in the drug war exploding all around Mexico's border with the United States, drawing on their expertise as reformed gangsters to dispatch their adversaries with relative ease. Their arrest of wanted cartel kingpin "Memo" Lucero leads to the rise of replacement "Diablo"; a Diablo-coordinated murder of Sean's wife draws the agent into a quest for revenge, forcing him to work with the imprisoned Lucero to locate the killer and bring him to justice.
