Wil Andersen's usual ranch hands have deserted him over rumors of a gold strike, though it is still imperative that his 1500 head of cattle be driven to market or he will face financial ruin. He hires a classroom of 11 boys, aged 9-15, and trains them to perform the job. Unfortunately, rustlers think they will be easy picking.
