Two men find themselves placed at the mercy of a serial killer and his demented "game".

ABSTRACT
Photographer Adam Stanheight and oncologist Lawrence Gordon wake up on opposite sides of a dingy bathroom, chained at the ankle to pipes and separated by a bloody corpse holding a tape recorder and revolver. Using clues provided in the room, the pair learn that they have been placed at the mercy of a sadistic "game" operated by the notorious Jigsaw Killer, forced to take part in his twisted real-life murder mystery with the deaths of their loved ones standing as a penalty for "losing".
