ABSTRACT
Sequel to The Hills Have Eyes (2006). National Guard trainees performing work for a routine mission head to New Mexico's infamous "Sector 16" military installation to construct a new security system. A muddled distress signal originating from a mountain range attracts the attention of the ill-fated band of soldiers, bringing them into contact with the same cannibalistic force responsible for the Carter family's downfall.
