Mild-mannered shopkeeper George Temple is a crack shot, but nobody in the town of Cross Creek knows it except his wife. In a moment of frustration Temple shows off his skills in public, but word of this just attracts the attention of lawless gunslinger Vinnie Harold. Good psychological western which is often overlooked, perhaps because of its title. Unusual dance solo by Russ Tamblyn.
