EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION

Founded 1910 by Dr. Iva Durham Vennard as Chicago Evangelistic Institute. In 1951 it relocated to Iowa, and in 1959 it became Vennard College. Suffering perpetually low enrollment, it ceased operations in 2008 after running a $300,000 deficit in its final semester.
