Aerospace company founded 1897 as Société Mallet, Mélandri et de Pitray in Paris, France. In the first half of the 20th century the company manufactured balloons, dirigibles and inflatable watercraft. It adopted the name Zodiac in 1965. Acquired 20% of Water Pik Technologies in 2006.
