| Skeet Ulrich AKA Bryan Ray Ulrich Born: 20-Jan-1970 Birthplace: Lynchburg, VA
Gender: Male Race or Ethnicity: White Sexual orientation: Straight Occupation: Actor Nationality: United States Executive summary: Nobody's Baby His nickname "Skeet" is a remnant from Little League days, when a coach called him "Skeeter" (short for mosquito) for his small size. Ulrich had recurring pneumonia as a child, and underwent open-heart surgery when he was 10 to correct a congenital ventricle defect.
Ulrich first studied acting under the tutelage of a local deli owner, and later learned from David Mamet at the Atlantic Theater Company. His first film appearance was as an extra in Weekend at Bernie's in 1989. His big break was a 1994 ABC Afterschool Special, and his first memorable role was as Winona Ryder's loutish boyfriend in Boys. He has had supporting roles in enjoyable popcorn movies, like Wes Craven's Scream and The Craft with Fairuza Balk and Neve Campbell, and he starred in the pretty good TV movie The Magic of Ordinary Days opposite Keri Russell. Still, Ulrich is better known as the star of awful movies -- the unthrilling thriller Soul Assassin, the Iditarod comedy Chilly Dogs, or Chill Factor with Cuba Gooding, Jr..
He ate onions just prior to filming his Ride With the Devil kissing scene with Jewel. During an interview with Details magazine, Ulrich urinated on the side of a building while the reporter watched.
His stepfather D. K. Ulrich and uncle Ricky Rudd are both NASCAR drivers. As a teen, he briefly worked on his stepfather's Winston Cup team.
