Long-time right-wing activist who first made his name leading a national "tea bag" protest of high taxes in 1975, urging Americans to staple tea bags to their tax returns. In 2008, representing Alan Keyes on behalf of the United States Justice Foundation, he filed one of the first unsuccessful lawsuits challenging then-presidential candidate Barack Obama's citizenship. In 2009, he starred in the first birther infomercials.
