The most famous ukelele player in history, noted for the falsetto Tip Toe Thru the Tulips (by Al Dubin and Joe Burke), rising to #17 on the Billboard charts. He is also noted for his marriage to 17-year-old Miss Vicki on The Tonight Show in 1969, bringing record ratings and 35 million viewers. After a heart attack in September 1996, he died during a performance two months later.
