HONOR
Presented by the George C. Marshall Foundation in "biannually" (though this is clearly not the case) to those who have "made a significant contribution at the international level to ameliorating hunger, poverty, desperation and chaos." Awarded since 1997. A similarly-named award, the "George Catlett Marshall Award" is awarded by the Association of the United States Army.
