ABSTRACT
Gary King, a middle-aged man gripped by a distinct inability to let go of memories of the wild exploits of his youth, convinces his estranged old buddies to get back together and embark on a recreation of their twenty-year old pub crawl with the ultimate goal of reaching a fabled pub known as The World's End. As they attempt to make the most of their hapless journey, however, their surreal encounters with humanoid robots and destructive aliens lead them to realize that "The World's End" might be something more than just the name of a prized drinking establishment.
