An egotistical New York City publicist using a phone booth finds himself placed at the mercy of a masterful sniper with a moralistic agenda.

Dishonest and arrogant New York City publicist Stu Shepherd entertains a romance with young woman Pam behind wife Kelly's back, intending to use the last public phone booth in the area to place a call to his mistress. To Stu's surprise, the phone begins to ring after finishing his conversation with Pam; against his better judgement, he picks it up, drawn into a standoff with a masterful sniper promising to finish him off with deathly precision if he does not stay inside the booth and admit his immoral transgressions to those he has wronged, including his wife.
