ABSTRACT
A serial killer exists at large somewhere in the United States, exploiting basic human curiosity and voyeurism to establish an "untraceable" website showcasing snuff videos of his unfortunate victims. FBI agent Jennifer Marsh is tasked with identifying and tracking down the mysterious killer-cum-Internet celebrity, engaging in a game of cat and mouse that grows disquietingly personal as bodies pile up.
