Oddball indie dramatic comedy follows two road workers as they embark on a strange adventure whilst spending a summer detached from their usual haunts.

Alvin, a hard-nosed road worker, decides to travel to the countryside with the hapless Lance -- who also happens to be his girlfriend's brother -- to repaint traffic lines down the center of a wildfire-ravaged rural highway. As the odd pair spend more and more time together over the course of their summer-long excursion, they find themselves forming an unlikely friendship that looks to stand a chance at blossoming into a brotherly sort of affection.
