Biographical drama tells the tale of infamous Australian outlaw Ned Kelly.

ABSTRACT
Ned Kelly, hero from a young age in 19th-century Australia despite his undesirable status as the progeny of a convict, is wrongfully accused of stealing a horse by British colonial authorities bent on making life difficult for him as a child of Irish immigrants. Years spent suffering at the hands of colonists drive put-upon Ned to form the "Kelly Gang" with similarly-disaffected friends, robbing banks and terrorizing police to make a political statement that would cement his place as one of the most controversial figures of Australia's history.
