Film adaptation of the 2007 novel of the same name follows a group of teenage vampires' experiences at an academy for their kind.

ABSTRACT
Rose Hathaway, a seventeen-year old Dhampir, or human/vampire hybrid, attends vampire boarding school St. Vladimir's Academy alongside friend and Moroi (peaceful vampire) Lissa Dragomir. Vampire Academy follows the pair as they are brought back to the strange school by force after an attempted escape some time earlier, discovering frightening truths about its hierarchy as they aim to fight back against the nefarious Strigoi and the threat they pose to their kind.
