Third installment in the Harold & Kumar franchise follows the stoner duo as they get caught up in a holiday fiasco over Harold's father-in-law's Christmas tree.

Second sequel to Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle (2004). Six years after their escape from Guantanamo Bay, Harold and Kumar are estranged buddies, the former having cleaned himself up into a pot-free Wall Street prodigy and the latter stuck in his old ways. When Kumar delivers a package addressed for Harold to his old friend's house, the massive marijuana joint contained inside destroys Harold's father-in-law's prized Christmas tree upon being lit up and subsequently flicked away, leading the pair on a hunt for a replacement that sees them running into a crew of strange characters ranging from Santa Claus to an undead Neil Patrick Harris.
