Live-action adaptation of the manga franchise of the same name follows young Goku's quest to defeat an evil force bent on subjugating Earth.

ABSTRACT
Heroic young warrior Goku turns eighteen, receiving a four-star Dragonball from grandfather Gohan, who is soon mortally wounded when extraterrestrial demon Lord Piccolo returns to Earth after a two thousand-year absence to subjugate the planet. Heeding the advice of his dying grandfather, Goku embarks on a quest to track down vaunted martial arts master Muten Roshi, determined to beat Piccolo to acquiring the various Dragonballs required to wield unchecked power and take over the planet.
