Cinderella Liberty (7-Apr-1974)
Director: Mark Rydell Writer: Darryl Ponicsan From a novel: Cinderella Liberty by Darryl Ponicsan Keywords: Romantic Drama
REVIEWS Review by Andrea Sutphin (posted on 18-Aug-2008) I saw this when it first came out. I seem to remember it like I saw it yesterday because it envoked so many emotions. I loved the free fun loving character Marsha Mason played and then I hated her for leaving her son who was so lost to begin with, to become nothing but a party animal. It saddened me too.
I could feel the anxiety suffered by James Caan's character as he stepped up to the plate to care for the abandoned 11 year old boy who was angry and mistrusting. It was a miracle he had survived that long.
