CAST REVIEWS Review by Anonymous (posted on 8-Jun-2007) This is a great movie. And a underated movie. James Stewart should have won the Oscar for his performance in this film.
In fact the entire cast are excellent. MGM should have pushed this movie in the Oscar race but instead they went with The Philadelphia Story which was also a 4 star movie. Anyway
take a look at Shop Around the Corner. It's one of those gems from Hollywood's Golden Age.
