A trio of musical chipmunks embark on the adventure of their lives when they are discovered by a fledgling songwriter.

ABSTRACT
Based on characters created by Ross Bagdasarian. Alvin, Simon, and Theodore, three singing chipmunks forced to live in Los Angeles when they are uprooted from their native tree, are discovered by struggling songwriter Dave Seville and transformed into pop stars tasked with performing his compositions. The spotlight quickly proves to be a tall order for the trio, however, as they must work to avoid allowing their house-wrecking tendencies to get the best of them while resisting the temptations of a manipulative music exec bent on breaking them up.
