COMPANY
Founded 1919 as a joint effort of AT&T, General Electric, and Westinghouse, to research radio as a commercial venture. GE was forced to sell its stake in 1930 due to anti-trust considerations. NBC was founded as an RCA subsidiary in 1926. RCA and NBC were reacquired in 1986 ... by GE.
